SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING, site wide, all the time. All items that are in-stock ship within 5-7 business days, and normally arrive within 5-10 business days from the ship date, although we have had items arrive earlier. (We love when that happens!). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box, but we do our best to ship as many items together as possible. When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

Furniture and oversized items will likely need to travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Our White Glove Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

All of our LTL Freight deliveries are shipped with White Glove Delivery Service Amenity on us. All smaller items are shipped UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Our rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. Currently, we do not offer international shipping or to Hawaii or Alaska.

RETURNS

Is your item not everything and more? We would never want you to keep something you didn’t LOVE! You can return your items within 10 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost of most items. Customer to pay any and all return shipping costs. Candles only returnable if in original packaging and unused.

LTL Freight Returns: LTL Freight Return charges are not subject to our negotiated residential rates, as they are returned back to a commercial facility. Return freight charges are not complimentary. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause you. Additionally, any returned item that weighs over 100lbs, will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please save all packaging and fill out the form below to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item. Important: If item is not in original packaging, we cannot accept the return. East Kennedy is not responsible for issuing refunds for any items that have not been authorized for return.

Refund to be credited once returned product is received by our warehouse.

Standard Shipping Returns: For smaller items such as pillows and textiles, products ship via standard ground shipment. Customer to pay any and all return shipping costs. Candles only returnable if in original packaging and unused.

DAMAGES

There are instances when damages occur during the shipping journey, even though we work very hard to make the process as seamless as possible. We understand the headache of receiving a piece that has not been properly cared for in transit. All damage claims must be received upon delivery of your item. Most of the time your white glove delivery service member will take any damaged piece back on the truck with them to save you any return hassles. This is the best way to resolve issues with damage, and why we recommend thoroughly inspecting the piece before your white glove delivery service team member departs. You will be required to sign paperwork from your freight company member, signing off on the condition of your piece(s). Once this form is signed, East Kennedy no longer assumes any liability for the delivered piece(s). Fill out the form below to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
